Workshops are initiated by SIWI, the World Water Week host, and have programmes developed through an open abstract submittal process. This gives individuals the ability to submit abstracts for presentation in peer-reviewed workshop and poster sessions. In 2008, eight workshops will focus on the themes seen in the list below.
